Spegni e aggiungi la liquirizia. Mescola molto bene. Lascia riposare e ogni tanto rimescola. Se hai il macinacaffé frulla la liquirizia, così il lavoro si velocizza. A sciroppo freddo e quando i granelli si sono sciolti, aggiungi l’alcool filtrato e imbottiglia.
